Shipping Policy
Welcome to The Texas Club. Because we value quality and unique craftsmanship, our products are made specifically for you the moment you place an order. This "print-on-demand" approach helps us reduce overproduction and waste, but it does mean your items might take a little longer to reach you.
1. Production & Processing Times
Unlike traditional retail, we do not keep a warehouse of pre-printed stock.

Production Time: Most items are printed and hand-checked within 2–7 business days.

Total Delivery Time: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 7–12 business days after the order is placed, depending on your location and the specific item.
2. Multiple Packages & Split Shipments
To ensure you receive the highest quality for every specific product, we work with various specialized print providers. To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders with multiple items may ship separately.

Tracking: You will receive a unique tracking number for every package shipped.

Packaging: Since different providers are used, the packaging might look slightly different (e.g., one item may arrive in a poly-mailer, while another arrives in a cardboard box).
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping across the United States, with tracking provided for every order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shifted from "Production" to "Shipped," you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Because our systems are automated with our print providers, we often cannot change a delivery address once the production process has begun. The Texas Club is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team at Info@Texasclub.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and, in the case of damage, a clear photo of the product.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship to The United States. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Texas Club is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
