Quality Guarantee & Replacement Policy

At The Texas Club, we take pride in every piece we produce. Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you the moment you place an order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.

However, we are committed to excellence. If your order isn't right due to an error on our end, we will make it right with a free replacement.

1. The 14-Day Guarantee

If your item arrives with any of the following issues, you are eligible for a free replacement within 14 days of delivery:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Damage to the garment, holes, or structural issues.

  • Printing Errors: The design is blurry, off-center, or the wrong graphic entirely.

  • Wrong Item: You received a different size or color than what you ordered.

  • Damaged in Transit: The package or product was damaged during shipping.

2. How to Request a Replacement

To get your replacement started, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@texasclub.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number.

  3. Attach a clear photo of the damaged item or the printing error.

Once our team verifies the issue, we will put a brand-new item into production immediately at zero cost to you.

3. Sizing & Address Accuracy

Because we utilize a print-on-demand model, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Incorrect Size Selection: Please consult the Size Chart on each product page before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.

4. No Returns Needed

To reduce our carbon footprint, we do not require you to mail defective items back to us. Mailing items back to a print facility often results in lost packages. If your replacement is approved, you are welcome to keep, donate, or recycle the original item.
